Yoga Sunset Flow

The San Juan Bay sunset sets the perfect tone for relaxation and renewal. This class begins with a dynamic Sunset Flow, designed to awaken the body and sync your breath with the rhythm of the waves. As the sun dips below the horizon, we transition into a serene Candlelight Flow, moving through gentle stretches and restorative poses under the soft glow of candlelight. 

Let the soothing sounds of the water and the flickering light guide you into a state of deep relaxation, leaving you feeling refreshed, grounded, and at peace.
